Hey there! I'm Malcolm, I create bi-monthly(ish) animations surrounding random educational topics or personal stories.

Since I was a kid, I've always been interested in learning and drawing. I watched educational channels like Life Noggin and Kids Learning Tube constantly early on. I soon started watching more comedic, 'storytime' YouTubers as well such as, TheOdd1sOut or Brewstew.
I was also really into making comics, experimenting with stop-motion, and just the idea of "YouTube" when I was younger.

I was 13 when I created my current YouTube channel, solidifying things for once, mostly.​

The name Vlogmations derives from my channel's original name The Video Vlogger YT. I initially made a few animations (only 1 remains public from then) and Among Us videos. I made the full switch to animations in late 2021, and subsequently named my channel surrounding that.

My current style of content (the "education" stuff) has its inspiration from both the educational channels growing up, and the storytime ones.

 

Modern influences are: Life Noggin, Sam O'Nella, 

OverSimplified, AlternateHistoryHub, Joe Bartolozzi, varying elements of my own subscriptions, and the cumulative brain-rot that originates from my TikTok and Twitter (X) feeds.
